Prayer for the State of Bihar, India

Heavenly Father, we come before you today with our hearts full of hope for the state of Bihar, a land rich in culture yet in desperate need of Your light. We lift up the millions who have yet to come to a saving faith in You. May Your love be poured out over this region, as Your Word declares that You desire all to come to repentance. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would move mightily in the hearts of the people, breaking down barriers and casting aside doubts. Help us to remember that even in the darkest places, Your light can shine the brightest (2 Corinthians 4:6).

Lord, we pray for the evangelists and missionaries who are laboring tirelessly in Bihar. Grant them courage and strength as they proclaim the Gospel. Surround them with Your protection and raise up local leaders who will disciple new believers and establish Your Church in this region. We know that faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. May Your truth resonate deeply within the hearts of the people, leading them to the knowledge of Your grace (Romans 10:17).

Father, we seek Your wisdom and guidance for those who are ministering in Bihar. We ask that You would open doors for the Gospel to be shared and that hearts would be softened to receive it. In this vast land, where many have yet to hear Your name, we pray that Your Kingdom would expand and that multitudes would come to know You as their Savior. Help us to trust in Your promises, knowing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

As we intercede for Bihar, may we be reminded that prayer is a powerful tool in advancing Your Kingdom. Inspire us to be diligent in our prayers, and when we encounter moments of silence or doubt, let us pause and listen for Your voice. May we never underestimate the impact of our prayers, believing that You hear us and are at work even when we cannot see it. In accordance with Your perfect will, we pray that a great harvest of souls would be reaped in Bihar.
